  1. Loving your blogs. Ginger is one of my favorites as I eat and drink it often. I have found tulsi tea to be especially wonderful, as well as mint. I can’t take caffeine as I get migraines so my food and drink intake is limited. Most health gurus don’t consider migraines though they are increasingly common.

    1. I am glad to hear you use ginger regularly in your food and drink. As a result, you enjoy the many benefits associated with it. I agree Tulsi tea and mint can be good substitutes for ginger based on their health benefits. Some of their benefits actually overlap with those of ginger.

And that could not be much more accurate in this article. Having said that, permit me say to you exactly what did do the job.
